I Have A Toshiba Netbook And It Does Not Work., The Screen Showing Operating System Not Found?

Dell Netbook Problems!!!?
I don 't know what model my netbook is. i just know it is a dell inspiron. here 's the problem:it keeps shutting off by itself every once in awhile. when it does, it won 't turn back on for some time. when it is able to power on, a rapid blinking amber light exists. the netbook cannot power on or work when it the netbook charger is not hooked up. before it is able to go to the users login, a message is shown saying that it cannot identify the battery. you press f1 to go on. even though the message appeared, when you reach the desktop page, it shows the battery 100% charged and charging. i don 't know what the problem is it is not from over heating because the fans are running. i really need desperate help! this has been going on since yesterday, and i need my netbook for school! please help asap! Lg Netbook Can't Seem To Boot?
My lg netbook lgx14 does not boot anymore. i was browsing the internet, then i downloaded 7 loader (software that activate windows 7). after it reboot -necessary to activate-, the netbook was stuck in that "ms-dos " page (before the "microsoft loading bar ") saying "press f11 to run lg recovery ". but i can 't press any button but control+alt+del to get back to the setup page. i have the windows 7 installation dvd, but my netbook doesn 't have dvd driver. i cannot press f8 (or f5) to boot in safe mode. can anyone tell me what happened and how do i boot my pc? d: (Read answers)

How Can I Install Win 7 On A Netbook That Won't Boot?
I have a netbook that won 't boot.when i power it on it enters the first time setup menu, you see the white animation at the bottom and it starts the setupbefore any options appear, it says that windows cannot complete setup, and it will when it restartsit restarts, same issueit 's an acer aspire one, and has no recovery partitionit comes stock with win 7 starteri don 't have the installation disk for win 7, but i do have one and some codes for vistai made an .iso out of the visa installation disk, and made a bootable usb drive with poweriso, i fuigured i could get vista on it, and then go from thereit boots to the vista install, i select language, input serial #, pick drive, but when i go to do the actual installing it says "windows cannot copy the files required for installation. make sure all the files required for installation are availible, and restart the installation. error code: 0x80070070 "i 'm not sure where to go from here, i ran the startup repair from the vista iso and it ran fine, but no luck, and there were no restore pointsmy next idea was to go to a 32 bit laptop i have running win 7 and create a startup repair disk, make an iso from it, make a bootable flash drive from that, and try my luck with thati have no disks or anything that may have came with the computeris there a way i can get win 7 starter back on this? or is there a way to make the iso on the flash drive work? Acer Aspire One Netbook Not Charging?
What happened was the hinge or the part of my netbook that says "aspire one " (near the hinge) came out. since it was sticking out, i decided to push it back in, and it snapped just in place. i might have pushed it in hard because now i think i destroyed my battery. my acer won 't charge anymore. it works when the charger is plugged in, but the minute i pull out the plug, my netbook dies. and the battery light never turns green anymore. is there any way to fix this?
